The Old Revolver is an item in Silent Hill: Homecoming found in Alex Shepherd's home in the care of his mother. After coming up from the family's basement, Lillian has the gun in her lap, most likely pondering suicide in her catatonic state. Alex, after conversing with her, takes it because he is afraid of what she may do with it. He later gives it to Curtis Ackers for his helpful information. In return, Curtis gives Alex a modern semi-automatic pistol.
