Phone Numbers can be discovered throughout Silent Hill: Shattered Memories and either dialed or stored within Harry Mason's phone. They range from important contacts, people connected with a particular puzzle, mysterious individuals, or even business numbers. Harry can call these any time he wishes and will usually get a response.
