The Red Shoe is an obtainable item in Silent Hill 3. Heather Mason picks it up from the amphitheater area of Lakeside Amusement Park. The stage is completely empty, save for the small red shoe. It is used in the Marchen Travel Puzzle on the wax figure of Cinderella so that Heather can pass through to the next area of the amusement park.

- In Silent Hill: Revelation, a red shoe appears in Jacks Inn.
- While a glass slipper is more familiarly associated with the story of Cinderella, this slipper is, as Heather describes, "blood-red". By examining the shoe, Heather remarks that it is too small for her to wear. This likely alludes to the fact that Cinderella had small feet, and how in the original story, the slipper gets covered in one of the stepsisters' blood after she mutilates her foot to get it to fit inside the shoe.
